I didn’t feel like blowing hundred$$$ on a panoramic head for my tripod, so I made one myself with $17 in brackets from Lowes. The VR tests below still need some practice, but you can see the regular pano shots stitch together nicely with no parallax effect. For some reason PaintShopPro won’t load up on my PC anymore (I blame XP SP3!) and I haven’t figured out how to remove fisheye distortion in the Gimp yet, so that’s still there… but this looks promising.
